The charter agreement ultimately exists between the customer and the captain.
Tide Link acts solely as a booking marketplace.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
By making a booking, users authorize Tide Link and its payment processors to:
- Charge applicable fees
- Process refunds when applicable
- Collect required taxes
Users agree to comply with all payment provider terms.
8. Cancellation Policy

Fishing and boating activities involve inherent risks.

Captains maintain final authority regarding trip safety decisions.
Customers agree to follow all safety instructions.
10. Assumption of Risk
By participating in a charter trip, customers acknowledge and accept risks including but not limited to:
- Injury
- Illness
- Drowning
- Equipment failure
- Marine hazards
- Wildlife encounters
- Adverse weather
Participation is voluntary and at the customer's own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Tide Link shall not be liable for:
- Injuries
- Property damage
- Personal losses
- Trip cancellations
- Weather impacts
- Captain conduct
- Vessel conditions
- Lost profits
- Indirect damages
Tide Link's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Tide Link for the applicable booking.
12. Captain Responsibility
Captains are solely responsible for:
- Vessel operation
- Passenger safety
- Regulatory compliance
- Required licenses
- Insurance coverage
- Fishing regulations
- Trip execution
Captains are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Tide Link.
13. Reviews and User Content
Users may submit:
- Reviews
- Ratings
- Photos
- Comments
- Feedback
By submitting content, users grant Tide Link a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for platform operations and marketing purposes.
Users may not post:
- False information
- Defamatory content
- Harassment
- Illegal content
- Copyright-infringing material
14. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Violate laws
- Commit fraud
- Circumvent platform fees
- Misrepresent identity
- Harass others
- Interfere with platform operations
- Attempt unauthorized access

15. Founding Captain Program
Tide Link may offer special programs including:

Participation does not create ownership rights, employment relationships, or entitlement to future benefits.

All Tide Link branding, logos, software, content, graphics, and platform materials are owned by Tide Link or its licensors.
